At AllIndiaOnline, we strive to provide our customers with fresh, high-quality seafood and a hassle-free delivery experience. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting our customer support team via phone or email.
Post-Dispatch Cancellations: Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
Custom Orders: Orders with special requests (e.g., specific cuts, bulk quantities) cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, spoiled, or not as described.
Items are missing from the order.
The order was incorrectly fulfilled due to a mistake on our part.
All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g., photos of the product and packaging).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind after order placement.
Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
Delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather, etc.) unless the product is spoiled as a result.
4. Refund Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
In case of COD orders, eligible refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation of account details.
