At AllIndiaOnline, we strive to provide our customers with fresh, high-quality seafood and a hassle-free delivery experience. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting our customer support team via phone or email.

  • Post-Dispatch Cancellations: Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

  • Custom Orders: Orders with special requests (e.g., specific cuts, bulk quantities) cannot be cancelled once confirmed.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, spoiled, or not as described.

  • Items are missing from the order.

  • The order was incorrectly fulfilled due to a mistake on our part.

All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g., photos of the product and packaging).


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after order placement.

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

  • Delays caused by external factors (traffic, weather, etc.) unless the product is spoiled as a result.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

  • In case of COD orders, eligible refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation of account details.
