We currently deliver to select cities and regions across India.
Please use the Pincode Checker on our website to verify whether your location is covered.

2. Delivery Schedule

Standard Delivery Time: Orders placed before [cut-off time, e.g., 6:00 PM] will be delivered the same day or next day, depending on your location.
Time Slots: Customers may choose preferred delivery time slots (subject to availability) during checkout.

3. Packaging and Freshness

Products are cleaned, processed, and packed under hygienic, temperature-controlled conditions.
We use insulated and leak-proof packaging to ensure your order remains fresh and safe during transit.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Delivery on orders above ₹1000.
A nominal shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders below the free delivery threshold.
Delivery charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned during checkout.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery personnel will attempt to contact you at the provided phone number if you’re unavailable at the time of delivery.
In case of unsuccessful delivery due to unavailability, incorrect address, or inability to contact, the order may be cancelled. We issue a refund.

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or operational issues.
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive the order.
Inspect the product upon delivery and report any issues (damage, spoilage, missing items) within 2 hours of receipt.
